Medical knowledge is the key to successful litigation for plaintiff or defense, and we are determined to unlock discovery of relevant issues and provide expert testimony to protect consumers and providers.

- Screen or investigate cases for merit.
- Define applicable standards of care and identify deviations from that standard
- Assess the alleged damages/injuries
- Identify factors that caused or contributed to the alleged damages /injuries
- Organize, tab and paginate medical records
- Summarize, translate and interpret medical records
- Conduct literature search and integrate the literature and standards into the case
- identify and review relevant medical records, policies and procedures and other documents
We offer a free initial consultation.
If you are not satisfied with our services, simply notify us in writing within 2 weeks of receiving the work product and we will redo the work to your satisfaction.
Alan & Ann Nash are Registered Nurses with nearly 30 years of clinical experience and are both Certified Legal Nurse Consultants.
Alan currently works in a Las Vegas emergency room and cares for clients of all ages with a variety of illnesses/injuries. Ann works in a Las Vegas operating room and provides direct care to the surgical patient.
